2. Purpose of this website
The website is currently intended as a portfolio and presentation platform for Albersvanelst and its work.
The website does not currently operate as an online shop.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displaying a work on this website does not constitute an offer to sell that work or a binding offer to enter into a contract.
Some works may display a price, while other works may be available on request.
Any purchase, commission or other commercial agreement is subject to separate agreement between Albersvanelst and the relevant client.
3. Product and project information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information, images, dimensions, materials and other descriptions displayed on the website are accurate.
However, collectible and handmade design objects may involve variations in colour, texture, surface, dimensions or other characteristics resulting from materials, manufacturing processes, finishing and photography.

4. Commissions and custom work
Albersvanelst may accept commissioned or custom design projects.
Any commission is subject to a separate agreement specifying, where applicable, the scope of the project, specifications, price, payment terms, production timeline, delivery arrangements and other relevant conditions.
These Terms & Conditions do not themselves constitute an agreement for a commissioned work.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on this website is owned by or licensed to Albersvanelst and/or Albers Jules.
This includes, without limitation:
designs;
furniture and object concepts;
photographs;
renders;
drawings;
graphics;
videos;
text;
logos;
visual identity;
website layouts; and
other creative material.
The underlying designs and creative works displayed on the website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and access the website for personal and informational purposes.
